Refund policy
At HerSpell, we deeply believe in the quality, craftsmanship, and experience of everything we offer. Each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before it reaches you.
That said, we understand that exceptional situations may occur, and our return or refund policy applies only under the following circumstances:
Eligible Cases for Return or Refund:
A return or refund request will be accepted only if:
1. You have received a damaged product, or
2. You have received a wrong product, or
3. You have not received your order at all due to issues caused by third-party delivery services.
Mandatory Proof Requirement:
To raise a return or refund request, customers must provide:
• A proper unboxing video (from sealed package to product reveal)
• Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
This proof must be shared within 14 days of delivery.
Requests raised without valid unboxing proof or after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases:
Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference or styling dislike
• Minor variations in color, design, or finish (as these may occur due to lighting and screen differences)
• Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling
Refund / Replacement Process
• Once your request is received and verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Important Note
HerSpell is not responsible for delays or damages once the product has been successfully delivered, except in cases clearly supported by proof and falling under our eligible criteria
